Bakery in the Zingerman's Family of Businesses. Originally established mainly so Zingerman's Deli could get good bread reliably, but their products are now sold all around town and served in several restaurants (including Zingerman's Roadhouse, of course). Located on Plaza Drive, a warehouse district off of South State Street, just north of Ellsworth Road. Bread is sold retail on-site, along with pastries, beverages, and lunch items like soup and sandwiches, and can also be found throughout town. Open until 6pm most days of the year.
