A stripmall on the corner of Plymouth Rd. & Nixon Road in northeastern Ann Arbor. Shops include but are not limited to Knit-a-Round, Kroger, Jenny Craig, Tortoise & Hare, Zoup!, UMCU, Tree Town Toys, and Blockbuster Video.

The Kroger is as any of its type: large, fairly extensive and fairly INexpensive, not much fun. Knit-a-Round is charming and homey, but a bit daunting nonetheless somehow! Tortoise & Hare has its best sales shortly before the Art Fairs (Street Art Fair et al.) and has knowledgeable staff. Tree Town Toys has lots of stuffed animals, as well as a wall of games also to be enjoyed by adults. It, as well as the UMCU branch, are new as of fall 2006.
