[edit] No clear instructions on what "Use the business template" actually means

Notice we're seeing a lot of cut-and-paste PR lately. Even I don't know how to identify a list of the templates, and there aren't any instructions right here on this page where they should be.

Ought to be crystal clear, few steps, numbered.
