Based on a purchase I made at Arbor Vacuum today, I can only conclude that they will soon be going out of business, or selling their business. I stopped by to purchase a common vacuum part, thinking that their price would surely be competitive.

WRONGO!

I didn't ask the price (my fault), and ended up paying THREE TIMES MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE!

I stopped at a COMPETITOR on the way home, and indeed found the item for MUCH, MUCH LESS.

Upon arriving home, I checked EBAY and found the item for A FRACTION OF WHAT I PAID, including shipping.

Oh. And by the way, about the time I became riled up enough to seek a refund, I noticed 'ALL SALES FINAL' on their receipt.

Bottom line: SHOP ELSEWHERE!

• Don't feel like telling us the item? That's okay, but makes your comment sound like random ranting. Might have been a widget from the 1940s, for all we know.
