[edit] animating the power outage map

i'd like to animate the power outage map. i think this is as simple as collecting pdfs from cron every half hour and then animating the pdfs. this would be as good a place as any to coordinate efforts. Ed

i've started a cron. however, i'm not going to have space to do this forever. i should be able to capture a few months, hourly, though. BobKuehne
