SFHV identifies and promotes culinary artisans and local producers in Washtenaw County who engage in sustainable agriculture and are committed to the viability of the land. By forming an educational network which connects local producers to consumers, we help preserve and cultivate the culinary heritage of Southeastern Michigan and celebrate traditional Midwestern hospitality.
