'How is Silvio's pizza different? It's an authentic Italian pizza. Most pizzas in the USA have a bland crust, thick cheese and uninspired toppings. The do not resemble the original. Silvio's pizza is thoroughly Italian. Silvio is from Italy's Abruzzo region. For 25 years, in his father's bakery, Silvio was lovingly taught to produce the highest quality breads and pizza dough.

They go out of their way to supply good options for both vegetarians and vegans -- you can substitute tofu for cheese. If you stop by for lunch, there's usually at least one vegan pizza for purchase by the slice. Round pizzas are organic, square pizzas not. But try something besides pizza when you go there, it's all good. The newest item on the menu: caponata (astronaut food).
Look for free live music in the occasional evening.
