Chocolate store. They sell everything from truffles to elaborate molded chocolate footballs.

Custom molds are available - a typical mold costs $200 setup, and then subsequent items made from that mold are at the regular price. They will also do printing of logos or designs onto chocolate with rice paper (business card sized chocolate w/printing $4, at least one day turnaround time).
