St Vinnies, as it is affectionately known, carries an assortment of used books, clothing, toys and household goods. It is located in Lower Town near the Broadway Bridges.

The used clothes are unusual in that they are relatively well tagged and sorted, and there's almost always a sale of some sort off of their usual low low prices. The book collection occasionally has a steal of a deal like nickel paperbacks.

Proceeds from sales support the Society's mission to serve the poor in the community. Through a referral system, the store gives free clothing to about 100 men and women each month, a mission that underscores its unique character. Any surplus funds generated by operations are used to offset the expenses of our other forms of assistance to persons in need.

Each year the store has a bag sale, offering items in bulk. The 2008 sale is August 8 & 9, 2008; on Friday, items are $5/bag, and on Saturday, $3/bag.
