Strip shopping center located between Plymouth Road, Nixon Road, and Huron Parkway, owned by Vern Hutton.
Tenants include:
- Evergreen Chinese restaurant
- Carpenter Brothers Hardware
- Ann Arbor District Library's Northeast Branch (will be moving to Traver around 2008-2010)
- Flim Flam restaurant
- Baskin Robbins ice cream
- Bello Vino grocery and wine
- Kumon learning center
- The Wine Seller party store
It's looking a little sad and unloved compared to some of the shinier shopping areas nearby.
A September 2006 Ann Arbor Observer story lists plans for a Plymouth Road Plaza to be built on one acre of the mall's vast (and empty) parking lot.
