Annual event provides a day of scenic bicycle touring over tree-lined, paved (and our our Fat Tire Ride, gravel) roads in Washtenaw, Ingham, Jackson and Livingston counties.

OHR riders can choose from seven great loop routes this year. Four will start and end at Chelsea Fairgrounds in Chelsea, Michigan. The two Fun Rides and the new Fat Tire Ride will start and end at Portage Lake State Park. All the routes share the same central lunch stop at Portage Lake State Park, so that family members and friends who decide to take different routes can meet. The 37-mile Fat Tire Ride will feature a figure-8 loop or shorter options of 18 or 19 miles. Only the 76- and 100-mile routes will actually take you through Hell--Michigan, that is.

Second Saturday in July each year. 32nd Annual on July 12, 2008

Sponsored by the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society.
