Offering 10-day residential courses in Michigan in Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.

There are no charges for the courses, not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. Course expenses are supported entirely by voluntary donations.

Several courses are held each year in a peaceful environment in Brighton, Michigan less than a 30-minute drive from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
