McKinley Inc. sold the site at 202 S. Division St. in Ann Arbor to Illinois-based hotel developer and operator First Hospitality Group Inc. in a deal that closed Monday.

McKinley's chief executive officer, Albert Berriz, declined to reveal terms of the transaction.

But I'm getting tired of looking at all the vacant parking lots, having grown up here. Where Metro 202 is going, that's been a vacant parking lot since I lived downtown when I was three years old!
