McKinley is a real estate development and management company headquartered in Ann Arbor. Their portfolio includes a number of apartment complexes, shopping centers, and mixed-use developments in and around Ann Arbor, and a smattering of properties around the eastern US. The company makes news both with ambitious real estate deals, such as the McKinley Towne Center project on three corners of Washington and Division Streets in downtown Ann Arbor, and with community projects, such as managing the capital campaign for the Neutral Zone's new digs, or offering vacant apartments free to Hurricane Katrina evacuees.
