Marketplace Building

The Marketplace Building is a modern addition built on the back of the historic Observer Building, which is at the corner of Catherine Street and Fourth Avenue, during a 1990 rehab of that building. Marketplace has a gallery of small shops on the first floor, along the edges facing the Observer Building and facing Detroit Street, the restaurant Pelagos on a lower level, and various offices on upper floors.
