That's fine, because the eccentric but talented classically-trained chef who runs this hot dog stand makes outstanding lemonade and cherry-ade to go with such specials as lobster bisque and Cajun rice. Oh yes -- and they also have excellent hot dogs. All at reasonable prices. Just don't ask for soft drinks...

The Main St menu includes a pretzel from Zingerman's Bakery that looks like it could be the base for a "pretzel dog" - they haven't sold one yet but promised to make it if you order it.

The original is located on Liberty Street.

Has a second location on Main Street, run by his wife.
