A heaping pile of hash browns, mixed/topped with an assortment of mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Optionally may include gyro meat. Consume with eggs and coffee to start or finish a long day.

Hippie hash can be found at at least two local eateries: the Fleetwood Diner in Ann Arbor, and Abe's Coney Island in Ypsilanti. Some folks like to order it "extra veg" at the Fleetwood.
