A small mixed-use mall that is for sale. There is talk of it being redeveloped, so it's emptying out. Most businesses are relocating, but there's no indication of when it will be closed.

A community meeting discussing the "brownfield redevelopment" has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 5:30pm to be held at Mallets Creek Library.
