Amenities: Gallup park is a 69-acre park that streaches along the Huron River with miles of paved walk ways, two playgrounds, fishing benches, canoe livery, and picnic areas with grills. The dam at the eastern end of the park creates a long, meandering pond through the park. Gallup park is known for the Geese that reside and leave their evidence at the park. Please DO NOT Feed the Geese

The livery is open April through October, and offers canoe, kayak, rowboat, paddle boat, and bicycle rentals; the livery additionally has a paddle-through coffee shop. Their website is www.a2gov.org/canoe.

Gallup Park is part of the planned Border to Border greenway - a paved biking and walking trail leads west to the Arboretum and Fuller Park, another heads east towards Dixboro Road and Parker Mill Park.
