Flim Flam Family Restaurant and Deli is a restaurant located at 2707 Plymouth Road (in Plymouth Mall), which is across Plymouth from the University of Michigan North Campus. Its menu consists of all-day breakfast, sandwiches, soups, and a few entrees, and is very reasonably priced. Credit cards are accepted.

The atmosphere of the place is clearly that of a local diner. It has mismatched chandeliers, pastel curtains between the booths, marble-frosted mirrors on the walls, local sports trophies in the corners, and childrens' drawings on placemats on the walls.

The Flim Flam's regular customers used to include employees of the Pfizer facility across the street.
