It is the mission of Community Action Network (CAN) to provide an array of programs and services for children and families residing at the Hikone and Green Baxter Court communities in Ann Arbor. CAN advocates for and empowers residents to discover their strengths and their opportunities to make positive choices and offers them the tools to reduce or eliminate the personal, social, and institutional barriers to achieving success. CAN is committed to providing culturally diverse programs and services by a sensitive and diverse staff. Its ultimate goal is to enable the individuals and communities it serves to create drug and crime-free growing environments.
