The term "sushi" technically refers to the rice, not the raw fish -- and not all sushi involves raw stuff. You can get sushi at a wide range of Ann Arbor restaurants, not all of which are Japanese. Korean restaurants will serve a similar dish, "kim bap". Chinese restaurants will occasionally serve sushi for no particular reason.
