A style of restaurant where you fill bowls with raw items on your own and then take them up to a chef who cooks them on a large, very hot, grill. It's about as Mongolian as Taiwan, where it apparently originated before making the jump to the West (via South Africa according to some sources) -- but it's a lot of fun!
