Scott Rosencrans is a member of the Ann Arbor Park Advisory Commission, appointed by Ann Arbor mayor John Hieftje for a three year term from 2007 to 2010. He is a candidate for the Ann Arbor City Council.

Scott is a career Carpenter and lives with his wife Helen Bunch, a teacher at Pioneer High, in Ann Arbor's Lakewood neighborhood.
