Plenty of power outlets, free wifi, and a reasonable attempt at "different chairs" -- a few table styles, and a couple of comfy chairs around a fake fireplace. Zingerman's baked goods on hand for breakfast or a snack, and soups and wrapped sandwiches for lunch. Location is a mega plus for some of the Arborwiki / microcoworking crowd that stop by on a regular basis: it's near the Blake Transit Center and a good place grab a cup of coffee before moving on to the next thing.
They also offer a conference room -- with ad-hoc ask-politely availability for now, and as a rentable resource with what -- at last checking -- was flexible time frames and reasonable rates.
Ypsilanti location is 1816 Whittaker Road.
June 1, 2009 Update: Primo Coffee House is closed. Dark inside, with equipment and supplies cleared out. No sign in the window. I called the Ypsilanti Primo and was told by a staff member that he just heard about the location "five minutes ago." He had no information about the closure other than to confirm.
