CSA- Monthly mixed meat box program. Prices start from $325/season. Chelsea Farmer's Market. The farm is on Grass Lake Rd, Manchester, MI 48158; it is run by farmer Kris Hirth. They also sell beef and pork by the quarter as available.
Our mission is to produce great tasting, high quality, wholesome meats with only the finest ingredients- grass, organic/natural feed, sunshine and clean water- the way nature intended it to be. We offer a cattle and hog share deposit program in addition to a monthly mixed meat CSA program. Our grass fed beef and natural fed pork are pre-owned by the quarter. Animal care is of topmost concern here. Beef and pork quarters are mixed with premium cuts of steaks, roasts, chops, and ground meat. Our natural fed and pastured Emu meat is also available by the cut and is USDA processed. We do not use growth hormones, feed antibiotics, or other growth promoters on any of our animals.
