Jim Tressel is the former football coach of the Ohio State University football team. He resigned in 2011 after violations of NCAA rules led to a Sports Illustrated cover story detailing problems with the program.

Tressel compiled a 9-1 record vs. Michigan football teams during his tenure at Ohio State.
