Chelsea Shopping Center is a 90,512 sq. ft. anchored shopping center in Chelsea, MI, located at the corner of M-52 and Old US-12. It was developed by Magellan Properties and Chelsea Land Company.

The center was damaged in a fire in May 2008.

A call reporting smoke in a building came from Hick's Cleaners about 12:30 p.m. said Chelsea Fire Chief Jim Payeur. The blaze quickly spread through the roof to The Glass Slipper, the Chelsea Pharmacy, Aleko's Carryout, Edward Jones and the Chelsea Grille.
