- There are no menus at Bill’s. If you’re not sure what you want, the attendant will quickly tell you what they offer. Hot dogs with or without chili, topped with your choice of onions, cheese, or mustard. Loose burgers are also offered. There is homemade root beer to drink, and potato chips if you need a side. If that’s not simple enough for you then I think you may have some sort of problem. If you need something else other than that, I just don’t think Bill’s isn’t for you. This isn’t Pink’s or any kind of fancy Hollywood hot dog stand. They don’t need any other items. Their menu is perfect.

Dan Franks: Bill's Hotdogs is on US12 (Michigan Ave.) about 2 miles east of downtown Ypsilanti. They are "ok". They have been much better in past years. They don't even use fresh onions.. dehydrated ones. Actually Kluck's Drive-In on US12 in downtown Ypsilanti makes a much better chili dog.

Judy: BILLS DRIVE-IN IS THE BEST. THEY DO NOT USE DEHYDRATED ONIONS AS SOMEONE COMMENTED WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS NO IDEA... THEY PEEL AND GRIND FRESH ONIONS DAILY. ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS MADE FRESH EVERYDAY... I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED THERE FOR 14 YEARS... WE TAKE PRIDE IN SERVING ONLY THE BEST OF EVERYTHING. SO FOR THOSE WHO READ THIS PLEASE KNOW THAT ANY STATEMENT OTHER THAN THIS IS FALSE! THE BEST SERVES ONLY THE BEST FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE....
