- The owners of a new Japanese and Korean restaurant plan to open it on South University Avenue in late summer. Ayaka will be co-owned by Sang Park, whose brother owns Saica Restaurant on Plymouth Road. Mike Giraud of Colliers International brokered the deal for Ayaka's space at 1205 S. University Ave. Park said the eatery will serve a mix of Japanese and Korean fare as well as sushi.
