Water Hill is a neighborhood bounded by Spring Street, Miller Avenue, Brooks Street, and Summit Street, more or less. It is the site of the annual Water Hill Music Festival which features outdoor house concerts.

The neighborhood is named after the many streets with aquatic names (Spring, Fountain, Brooks) which date from the times before hydrological engineering put streams into underground pipes.
