"W-103 Quadrock," as the station is being promoted, came on the air around March 1st of this year under new ownership and management. This was almost 2 years after the staff of WNRZ-FM, the station's predecessor, were kicked off the air by owner Thomas Boodell. Thus ended what is generally regarded as the most interesting chapter so far in the history of local community radio.
