The Trauma Burn Center is a progressive treatment center committed to providing quality care for trauma and burn victims as well as those requiring emergency surgeries admit through our Emergency Department. The center is proud of its level one verification from the American College of Surgeons, which it has maintained since 1993. The Trauma Burn Center includes several programs and services within our scope. In addition to the inpatient care and clinic areas, the center includes the Trauma Burn Resource Center, Injury Prevention Outreach Program, and the U of M Program for Injury Research and Education (UMPIRE).
