Stephen (Steve) Pontoni is a past member of the Ann Arbor Housing and Human Services Advisory Board. He also served as chair of the Michigan Democratic Party Progressive Caucus, the MDP Youth Caucus, and the Washtenaw County Young Democrats. He has held officer position on the Washtenaw County Democratic Party Board and the Western Washtenaw Democratic Club Board.
He currently is the Director of Communications for the Michigan Association for Justice. He previous was the Political Targeting Director for ISSI, a not-for-profit corporation established in August 2007 in Washington, DC. ISSI's mission is to provide data management, targeting and coalition-building advice and services to a variety of clients, including advocacy groups, charities, and political organizations.
