The Shops at Arlington was a proposed development on Washtenaw between Platt and Huron Parkway. The current proposed development is called Arbor Hills Crossings.

Gordon Mathews and Bill Conlin were partners in the development until Mathews death in April 2007.
Comerica is foreclosing on a $9.469 million mortgage, and the future of the development is uncertain.
