If you have Birkenstocks, the place to go for repair is Fourth Ave Birkenstock. They can put on new soles, new footbeds and even replace everything but the straps. New cork footbeds on my old Birkis has made them new again! They also do the insanely labor-intensive resoling of hand-sewn Birkenstock, Footprints, and Finn Comfort footwear -- a process which takes hours and is done the old-fashioned way, with a needle and thread.
