THIS RESTAURANT NO LONGER EXISTS. It was rolled back into Shalimar, and the space has since become Cafe Habana.

Shalimar Cafe is an Indian restaurant on the north side of Washington Street between Fourth and Fifth.

The Cafe, sister restaurant to Shalimar on Main Street, serves up Northern Indian, Southern Indian, Indian Chinese, Kathi Rolls and Thalis. This is where you'll find their lunch buffet. A great place to go with someone who can guide you through the regions and choices.

This restaurant expanded almost by accident: forced to find a new site during extensive renovations at the Main St. location, the management of Shalimar decided not to give up their new location either. Instead, they found a new format for it and both restaurants have their admirers.
