Schooner Cove is an apartment complex in Ypsilanti located off Huron River Drive just west of Turtle Hill Road. The apartment complex is now owned and managed by McKinley.

The complex contains a total of 408 apartment units ranging in size from 600 sq. foot studio units to 950 sq. foot 2 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. Schooner Cove is located directly south of Ford Lake.

Children living in Schooner Cove apartments are in the Lincoln public school district and attend Lincoln Brick Elementary School, Lincoln Redner Elementary School, Lincoln Middle School, and Lincoln Senior High School .
