This 1400 sq ft single story structure — originally built as a brickyard sales office — has a brick pineapple logo above the front door. In the summer and fall, one can also see a pineapple in the sidewalk and landscaping.
The building is frequently mistaken for the Amtrak station next door.
The building is owned and managed by First Martin Corporation.
Previously home of Pure Visibility, a search engine marketing firm, andNutshell CRM, where Ann Arbor's sharpest developers are shaking up the CRM industry.
As of 2023, 229 Depot has been the Ann Arbor offices of two firms: BBTA Tax Advisors, an all-women public accounting firm, and Palatine Hill Wealth Management.
