Am a bit disappointed in myself that I was wooed by a burger with a zillion toppings rather than the pure, unadulterated taste of a really good slab of beef (man! I miss <a href="http://goo.gl/b65BT" class="external text">Joey's Meatcutter's Inn</a> but the thing was REALLY tasty and pairs perfectly with a pint o' the good stuff.

<ul><li> The deep dish I make @ home using a cast iron skillet and $3 dough from Whole Foods - lots of olive oil in the pan, spread out the dough, meats and veg's on bottom, top with slices mozzarella, pour on sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and 25mins in 400 degree oven. Anthony's is pretty good.

Have a GIANT bowl of beef or seafood noodle soup for < $7. Shia Chang is also pretty amazing.
