North Maple Estates is a low income family housing development maintained by the Ann Arbor Housing Commission. It is located at 701-739 North Maple in Ann Arbor.
North Maple Estates consists of 10 four-bedroom and 10 five-bedroom stand alone houses with basements built in 1969, in addition to 4 three-bedroom apartments, in stacked duplex style, built in 1996, with attached storage sheds. One five-bedroom unit has been taken off-line and serves as a community center. There is a playground and basketball court at this site, and on-site parking.
