National chain restaurant, with locations at Arborland and on State Street. As the name suggests, their primary offerings include somewhat inexpensive noodle-based dishes ranging from macaroni and cheese to different sorts of ethnic cuisines like Japanese pan noodles or pesto cavatappi.
Aside from the items on their menu (warning: PDF), Noodles has fast order-up-front-we-bring-you-the-food type service (for which a tip isn't expected, or perhaps even allowed).
Has lots of noodle dishes , most of which are in the $4-7 range. Try their Macaroni and Cheese -- it's not baked, but still pretty good.
