Who Make a Difference
Who are we? We are Volunteers, Doctors, Artists, Accountants, Business Owners, Dentists, Bankers, Journalists, Homemakers, Teachers, Stockbrokers, Sales Executives, Psychologists, Recruiters, Consultants, Interior Designers, Software Engineers, Nurses…
We are young, not-so young, married, single, moms, married-without-kids....
We live in Ann Arbor, Saline, Ypsilanti, Brighton, Chelsea, Dexter, Tecumseh, Plymouth, Belleville, Northville, Canton, Superior Township, South Lyon, Whitmore Lake, Jackson...
While we come from many different walks of life and live throughout Washtenaw County and beyond, we share a common commitment: to improve the quality of life for our community.
We train, volunteer, advocate, lead, laugh, teach, network, raise funds, research, make new friends, learn, grow, and most importantly, help women and children in need.
We are looking for enthusiastic women who are committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving our community.
The next New Member class will begin in September, 2012. To RSVP or for more information, please email the membership committee.
The JLAA reaches out to and embrace all women regardless of age, race, or religion who demonstrate an interest in volunteerism and a commitment to bettering our community.
