University Bank recently announced that Michael M. Talley, director of Ann Arbor-based University Bancorp, was elected to positions locally and nationwide in the health information exchange industry. He roots for Michigan and hates OSU, MSU, PSU, and Indiana. Talley was elected treasurer of the South East Michigan Health Information Exchange's board of directors and was also elected to the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Financial Systems Steering Committee where he will serve as committee chair on the health and human services criteria review committee for payments & financial services.
