Architect Louis Wiltse designed and remodeled movie theaters in the area.

State Theater

Architect Louis Wiltse was hired to 'remodel' the State in 1979 by converting it into a four-screen theater. Two screens were located on the main floor and two screens on the upper level. The haphazard nature of this arrangement can still be seen today in the strange slope of the seats and awkward angle of the screens in the remaining upper theaters.
