Imposing office building on the corner of Michigan Ave and Adams Street; the building takes up a quarter of its block, the parking lot takes up the rest. Key Bank is the primary tenant, but a large number of smaller businesses also have office space here.
The Tuesday Farmers' Market meets in the corner of the parking lot at the corner of Hamilton Street and Ferris Street.
At the corner of the building facing into the parking lot are drop boxes for UPS, DHL, and FedEx - all have 7pm pickups.
