Julia Owdziej is a candidate for Washtenaw County Probate Court Judge in the August 2014 primary election. She is seeking the seat of the retiring Probate Judge Nancy Wheeler.
Owdziej was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder to fill out the term of Wheeler, and so she is running as an incumbent in the primary.
