Ingalls Mall is in front of the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies on Washington Street, near the Burton Memorial Tower. It is the home of the fountain by Carl Milles called "On a Sunday Morning." and the current home of Top of the Park.

A 1939 postcard photo of the Ingalls Mall shows an earlier view.
