The business is owned by Lindsay and Oscar Bustos. Lindsay Bustos is an accountant, and Oscar Bustos is a mechanical engineer who previously worked for Two Wheel Tango.

The business was originally founded by Hank Bednarz in the 1970s. Over the years it has been housed in several locations, including in a building at Boulevard Plaza (2107 W. Stadium), and the former Ace Barnes Hardware building at 2015 W. Stadium.

Because of his mechanical engineering background, Oscar Bustos also services small-engine vehicles, including scooters/mopeds, and small appliances.
