The Cornelius Goodrich House formerly stood at 205 South State Street, where Olga's and then Corner House Apartments are. It housed the offices of the Michigan Municipal League until it was demolished in 1971 to build a restaurant, Gino's.

Cornelius D. Goodrich was the son of Chauncey S. Goodrich.
